Pets aged between 8-12 weeks (Virgin Only) and over 12yrs of age, will require a Fit to Fly Certificate issued by their regular vet within 10 days - Virgin or 7 days - Qantas of flying stating age, Date of Birth and that the animal is fit to fly.

IATA Airline Approved crates MUST BE USED and include a water bowl attached to the door.

A booking fee of $110.00 applies for any cancellation/change to all bookings prior to scheduled travel date. Any cancellation/change within seven (7) days of the scheduled travel date incurs a fifty percent (50%) retention of the quoted payment received and any cancellation/charge within three (3) days of the scheduled travel date incurs a one hundred percent (100%) retention of the quoted payment received (excluding non-refundable deposits and booking fees.)
